Whether you’re a freelancer, entrepreneur, or remote worker, our facility offers flexible workstations, private micro-offices, and semi-private suites to suit your unique needs. Enjoy modern amenities such as high-speed internet, a kitchenette with complimentary coffee and water, on-site business services, secure 24/7 access, and a welcoming lounge. Memberships
Flex Seat: Single Seat/Dedicated Desk
- $50 per day for a single day
- $35 per day if purchased in 5-day increments (to be used within the next 30 days, scheduled for availability)
- $20 per day if purchased in 20-day increments at a time (to be used within the next 30 days, as allowed by schedule for availability)
Micro Office
- Small, furnished private office
- $100 for a single day
- $75 in 5-day increments
- $600 for one month (“Best value”)
One Semi-Private Furnished Micro Suite
- $75 per day for a single day
- $50 in 5-day increments
- $400 for one month
Rollover of unused time available for subscribers who pay at least 90 (ninety) days in advance. Rollover not to exceed 90 (ninety) days from date of payment. For non-subscribers, unused time does not roll over beyond initial period purchased.
